Charging behavior of glass beads using a spiral air type tribocharging apparatus that utilizes a Faraday cup

This paper introduces a novel tribocharging apparatus that utilizes a Faraday cup and experimentally investigates the charging behavior of glass beads. The novel apparatus mainly consists of four parts: an air supply part to control air duration and pressure, a powder supply part for setting the desired amount of powder (1 g in this experiment), a metal pipeline for generating a tribocharge, and a cyclone for collecting the powder that has passed through the pipeline. Four different sizes of spherical glass beads were used in this experiment. As for the results, the charge clearly increased as the glass bead particles passed through the pipeline for all four types of glass beads. The charge amount of the glass beads and the charge amount obtained from the pipeline had a very similar trend and absolute values. This confirmed the reliability of the test and showed that there was no disturbance due to external noise. In all of the tests, the net charge was observed to be negative for all glass beads. This agrees with the triboelectric series relating to the work functions of metals and glass particles. Smaller particles had larger charge amounts than did larger ones with good reproducibility. The charge amount of all glass beads increased as the supplied spiral air pressure increased.     

电石炉炉气电改袋除尘技术

介绍了某厂3台20 000kVA内燃式电石炉炉气除尘系统由原来采用的电式除尘器改为袋式除尘器技术,同时将原系统内的增湿塔改造为强制风冷及预荷电、预除尘设备,这样不但可以降低烟气温度使其满足袋式除尘器对进口烟气温度的要求,同时使微细粉尘荷电凝聚,提高了后续袋式除尘器对颗粒的捕集效率,并降低了袋式除尘器的阻力损失。改造后的系统运行稳定,烟气出口排放浓度满足国家环保要求。     

静电除尘器的粉尘非稳态收集过程

为了全面揭示电除尘器粉尘非稳态收集过程,建立完整的非稳态静电收尘理论,根据静电学基本原理,研究了极板粉尘层电荷导人、积累、释放的过程,推导出随粉尘层厚度增长而改变的动态收尘电场强度计算公式,进而得到荷电粒子动态驱进速度公式,最终形成静电除尘非稳态收集理论.研究结果表明,在静电收尘过程中,粒子驱进速度与粉尘比电阻、工作电压、粉尘层厚度等多种因素有关;随粉尘比电阻的升高,收尘效率下降,当供电电压为最佳工作电压时收尘效率最高.针对不同比电阻粉尘进行了多项实验研究,实验结果与理论研究结果吻合.非稳态静电收尘理论成功地解释了实际静电收尘过程中与传统静电收尘理论相矛盾的地方,为静电除尘器的设计及其运行参数的选取提供了更为科学的理论基础.     

1000 MW燃煤机组电除尘深度节能技术研究及应用

电除尘设备在减少工业粉尘排放量、降低大气环境污染、保护生态环境等方面有着重要的作用，随着我国对节能减排工作的重视及环保要求的提高，保证其安全、稳定、经济、节能运行成为火电厂环保工作重点。对北仓电厂三期2×1000 MW机组电除尘电场供电方式优化、电除尘振打方式优化、电除尘闭环控制技术、电除尘高频电源技术、电除尘灰斗、瓷套蒸汽加热技术组合集成应用进行了研究，在确保除尘效率达到要求的情况下，降低运行电耗。相关的电除尘深度节能技术成果在国内同类型设备中具有一定的借鉴意义。     

Adsorption of three pharmaceuticals on two magnetic ion-exchange resins

The presence of pharmaceuticals in aquatic environments poses potential risks to the ecology and human health. This study investigated the removal of three widely detected and abundant pharmaceuticals, namely, ibuprofen (IBU), diclofenac (DC), and sulfadiazine (SDZ), by two magnetic ion-exchange resins. The adsorption kinetics of the three adsorbates onto both resins was relatively fast and followed pseudo-second-order kinetics. Despite the different pore structures of the two resins, similar adsorption patterns of DC and SDZ were observed, implying the existence of an ion-exchange mechanism. IBU demonstrated a combination of interactions during the adsorption process. These interactionswere dependent on the specific surface area and functional groups of the resin. The adsorption isothermfittings verified the differences in the behavior of the three pharmaceuticals on the two magnetic ion-exchange resins. The presence of Cl^- and SO₄^2- suppressed the adsorption amount, butwith different inhibition levels for different adsorbates. This work facilitates the understanding of the adsorption behavior andmechanismof pharmaceuticals onmagnetic ion-exchange resins. The results will expand the application of magnetic ion-exchange resins to the removal of pharmaceuticals in waters.     

袋式除尘器和静电除尘器在电厂除尘系统中运用的性能对比分析

针对目前火电厂除尘系统应用现状和当前环保要求,通过对袋式除尘器和静电除尘器在火电厂燃煤锅炉除尘系统中的应用,对袋式除尘器和静电除尘器在技术性能上的差异作了简单的对比分析,以指导除尘器在目前火电厂燃煤锅炉除尘系统中的具体应用。     

电除尘器进口矩形烟道气流分布改进的CFD模拟

应用CFD软件对某电厂电除尘器进口矩形烟道内气流分布进行数值模拟.结果表明:电除尘器原进口矩形烟道监测截面的气流分布极其不均匀,数值模拟结果与实验结果速度分布趋势比较吻合.基于此,通过多次改变电除尘器进口矩形烟道内导流板的数量、位置、尺寸等结构参数,使得改造后烟道监测截面风量偏差降到了±2.2%,气流分布相对均方根值均...     

电厂袋式除尘器滤袋故障分析及处理

以北京高井热电厂为对象,运用故障树分析的方法,对袋式除尘器及滤袋失效进行了故障树分析,并将之演变为成功树,提出了防止滤袋失效的措施。
